The OMERS Administration Corporation requested the Superintendent re-issue the Notice of Registration of Amendment for By-Law No. 7 due to a typographical omission. Updated to October 24, 2008 A pre-hearing conference is scheduled for January 13, 2009. Updated to November 24, 2008 On January 13, 2009, the Tribunal granted full party status to OMERS Administration Corporation, and to OMERS Sponsors Corporation. A further pre-hearing conference is scheduled for March 4, 2009.
