Updated to November 24, 2008 On December 8, 2008, an application for party status was filed by Greg Harmeson. On December 15, 2008 John Taylor, Stanley Thomas and Russell Cohen withdrew their respective requests for hearing. Updated to December 15, 2008 At the pre-hearing conference on December 16, 2008 full party status was granted to Greg Harmeson.
