Updated to June 26, 2008 At the pre-hearing conference on August 8, 2008, the parties indicated their willingness to participate in a settlement conference. The settlement conference is scheduled for September 9, 2008. A hearing is scheduled for November 4 & 6, 2008 in the event the matter does not settle.
