Non-Contributory Pension Plan for Hourly Employees of the National Automobile, Aerospace Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada (CAW-Canada) Local 1967, Registration Number 0210500. A pre-hearing conference is being scheduled. Updated to March 25, 2008 On April 1, 2008, an application for party status was filed Mr. Oldrich Pelich a former member of the plan. Mr. Pelich made the initial request to the Superintendent requiring Boeing Toronto Ltd to administer the Plan in accordance with the Plan’s terms. A pre-hearing conference is scheduled for May 26, 2008. Updated to May 9, 2008 At the pre-hearing conference on May 26, 2008, full party status was granted to Mr. Pelich.
